Anshan Zhongyou TIPO Pipe & Tubing Co., Ltd. (herein and after called TIPO), established in October 2004, is an OCTG manufacturer with total investment of RMB600 million and approximate 400 employees. Our annual capability of pipes, including tubing and casing, is 150,000 metric tons and of couplers is 100,000 metric tons.
TIPO is situated in Lingshan Industrial Park, Anshan, Liaoning Province, where has the advantages of rich resources, developed industry and convenient transportation. It is 280km away from Dalian Port. TIPO covers an area of nearly 70,000 square meters with a floor area of approximately 50,000 square meters among which the solid storehouse is approximately 20,000 square meters. Products and the necessary wind, water, power, gas and energy are completely assorted.
TIPO can produce tubing with O.D. varying from 60.3mm (2-3/8") up to 114.3mm (4-1/2") and casing 114.3mm (4-1/2") up to 339.72.8mm (13 3/8"), steel grade J55 up to P110; coupling up to 20" can be processed. TIPO has been confirmed API certificate and all the products are according to the standards of API 5CT. TIPO has been trying all the time to improve our quality system and has obtained ISO9001:2000 certificate.
TIPO has introduced two automatic production lines for casing and tubing. We take the worldwide advanced threading lines 30 to 40 seconds to thread one end with precision higher than API standard. There are over 40 coupler production equipment, including fully automatic cutting equipment and precise numerical control processing equipment with processing precision higher than API standard as well as advanced fluorescent magnetic power detection equipment to ensure the whole production process. The phosphorization process of high temperature heavy manganese serial is adopted to ensure the work pieces not to be rusted within years and to meet the requirement that they can be recycled more than 10 times.
